Junior Daughters of the King

What do the Junior Daughters do?
  • Make a promise of daily prayer and service to our Lord Jesus
  • Make a promise to be Christ's faithful servants and to extend His Love to all people
  • Work to grow in our Christian faith and commitment through fellowship, prayer and Bible study

When do the Junior Daughters meet?
We meet twice a month on Sunday afternoons, 2:45-5:15, unless otherwise announced.
Visit the JrDoKMarshall website for complete information and a printable calendar of meetings and events.

Who can join the Junior Daughters?
JrDok is open to all baptized girls ages 7-16.  Girls younger than 7 can also visit our meetings as long as they are accompanied by an adult chaperone.  Girls do not need to be members of Trinity Episcopal Church in order to be members of JrDoK.  Trinity Episcopal Church is our sponsoring church and we use their facilities for all meetings.

Can I volunteer to help?
All adults who work with JrDoK must complete the Safeguarding God's Children training offered by the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.  Trainings can be arranged by contacting the Trinity Church office at 903-938-4246.

You can learn more about the Junior Daughters by visiting their website or Facebook page.

JrDoK meetings always include a Bible study or devotional along with a craft or outdoor activity.  The JrDOK choir also practices for performances on selected Sunday mornings as well as at other special events.  JrDoK girls learn about living out their faith while also encouraging and loving others.
